Some CD drives make a fairly loud whirring sound that can sound
like a buzzing.
NO! Never -SPRAY- anything ... ANYthing into your power supply!!!
To test the power supply fan
1) Power off
2) insert something non-conductive (a golf tee is perfect - a pencil
or straw will do) into the power supply to prevent the fan from
moving - ie. put it thru the blades
3) switch on
4) wait several seconds (at least 10, as much as 90)
5) remove the golf tee
6) see if the sound starts when you remove the tee
