Check out this thread to delete the 2nd contacts list.

As to your other issue with sent items, I would try a detect and repair.

Subject: [mso] Outlook

Well this is my first post and many here know me well
At issue is Outlook XP
I did an OSRI and I just cut and pasted my Outlook data file back into
my profile after I reinstalled Outlook and set up the account.
Now when I want to send an email I click onn New then I click on To and
get the error that the contacts folder does not belong to this profile,
so I click the drop arrow and there is a second Contact word and when I
choose that I have all my contacts. Also when I want to add a contact to
the book I get the same error so I have to git the drop down arrow and
then find my book.
Second issue
I have no sent folder anywhere to be found. Where did it go and how do I
get it back?
TIA
