I should clarify this one a bit. Some folks have Outlook 2000, some
2002, some 2003. The keepers of the Master Calendar have 2000. I could
not find a group schedule option for the 2000 systems. If nothing else,
it's a good reason to get everyone upgraded. /g

Is there a way to link one calendar to another in Outlook so that a
change to one would reflect in the other?
We have what we call a Master Calendar. It is an account on the mail
server set up just like a person but it really is just a generic
account. Everybody and his second cousin have access to this Master
Calendar.=20

Currently we must copy appointments from our personal calendars to this
master calendar. It's easy enough to do that, by click and drag or
copy paste, but it would be even easier if a new appointment in the
personal calendar would just appear in the master.

I've tried to get folks to invite the master to any meeting on their
personal calendar but the results have been inconsistent.

If anyone has ideas or suggestions, please share. This problem is
creating a mess as far as our client appointments go.

/g
