Nope...uninstalling and reinstalling does not give you a new normal.dot What operating system are you using? In the later versions of Windows, normal.dot is a hidden file...you need to go into Windows and reveal the hidden files before you can search for normal.dot....do you know how to do that? If not, let me know which version of Windows it is and I will tell you.
