Yeah, Tina...it sounds to me like OE is a better choice for you if you
want to use the preview pane....since I turn mine off and NEVER turn it
on, Outlook suits me fine

Of course, Outlook can do something that OE can't....in Outlook you can
create custom views of your own....so, you could make two views...one
called PreviewPaneOn and one called PreviewPaneOff....then apply one to
the folders where you want to use Preview Pane, and apply the other one
to the ones where you don't....as long as you don't go turning the dang
thing on and off in any folder, it will stay the way you want.

what happens when I'm working in outlook... leave the
preview open.. visit another folder .. get more emails.. and
oops I actually remember leaving it open.. and to close the
damm thing I have go into the folder?...
