Not exonerate Bush, merely hone the field of criticism. Makes sense to use a
laser guided bomb on some policies and directives rather than drop daisy
cutters all over the place.
Conversely, a lot of Bush's anti-Robin Hood tax policies and trashed
environmental standards could only become reality with a GOP-controlled
Congress.
Daisy cutter time.
Scrooge may have outsourced Bob Cratchett's job, but it was Jacob Marley who
forced Cratchett either to train his own replacement or leave Tiny Tim without
medical coverage.
