kWell, you can try it. I don't know if the C interface would work under Android
but it might.

You can probably use the LibLouis Java interface as a model for your
Java interface but you'll probably have to write your own JNI C interface.

I assume you're referring to liblouis-java. Why migt I prefer to write my own
rather than use it?
