Are you using JAWS 8.0 Beta 2? If not, I highly recommend that you upgrade
it.

Hi Joseph,
Yeah that is right. I have office 2007 home and student installed. it is
slow on word but also on programmes like live messenger, basically whenever
I type in any letters there is a delay.
