Sometimes when Nod32 updates at start up, the shark takes a little longer to wake up, but it does eventually, are you perhaps a little impatient? Do you have a prog our babbling fish doesn't get along with easily trying to join the act at start up? Just my 2 euro cents worth. The exact same thing is happening on my computer. It's been doing it for about two weeks now. It doesn't do it every single time, but most. I unload it, reload, and hey presto... I have Jaws configured to start automatically when the computer starts. Jaws starts ok, but, with no speech. I have to unload Jaws and reload it for Jaws to talk. I tried this with Jaws 9 and older versions but the results are the same. Would anyone have an idea what might be bothering Jaws?
