I've long had mine set to about 5 MB but no doubt I could make it substantially bigger now that I have 512 MB of RAM on the Iyonix. I haven't done any speed comparisons on the Iyonix but it made an observable (but not measured) difference when copying between hard drives on the Risc PC.
