Because if ISA isn't protecting the SBS server, then odds are nothing
is. Most of the sales are by OEM and Dell doesn't care if you have a
firewall or not. You can order SBS with ISA, from Dell but it'll arrive
uninstalled with no instructions or indication that it's even part of
the package. The OEM channel is really messed up for SBS.

Then why the concern for SBS people in the first place?  If there is no
expertise requirement, and if ISA is not part of the "standard" package,

don't understand why one would carve out SBS consultants as having

needs" as opposed to the entire general populous having the same needs.
