Is IP routing enabled in ISA?

I suppose you already checked that for subnet1 ISA is also the default
gateway and that the routing table in ISA is correct?

What happens if you disconnect the Internet (for safety) and stop the ISA
services (proxy, firewall, ...)?

In effect yes! Used to join the two networks together and internet
routing

Just checked again subnet2 can only ping the ISA Server on subnet1.

Nope only the ones listed

Subnet2 get a default gateway of ISA Server for its subnet 192.168.2.1
(not the real address but you get the picture)

Exactly my thoughts but I can't seem to fix the thing tried lots of
little bits.
