[Ilugc] Kerala logs Microsoft out of schools

The Kerala govt. must be trying to keep the treasuary
as intact as possible. The cost of training 56,000
teachers to migrate to linux must be significantly
less than purchasing Windows licenses...and aren't the
communist against market monopoly?
