I recently was kind of visually impaired (I refreshed the oiled wood on 
the floor in front of my computer, and had to sit 2 meters away from it 
for a few days), and definitely missed the possibility to enlarge the 
cursor, BTW :-)
There are also a few other problems, like a small status area, the 
column titles don't get larger with a larger font size, etc.
