Vincent, do you think while we wait for Pootle, you could give me info on
your auth system? Or maybe just a list of the managers? Since Pootle is
still a work in progress, I think the trivial matter of authorizing the
managers only to approve catalogs is pretty trivial. Or maybe managers can
just report here...
