I've updated the StatusAndCoordination wiki page with this tentative schedule.

I assume the branch and ABI change would happen on or around the 19th
and then we will start on the rebuilding of the OptionalPackages.  I
just sent an email to the haiku-i18n list to give a heads up to the
translators that Alpha4 is coming soon.  Please have any code changes
that will affect translatable text in place by the 18th, the sooner
the better of course.

I'll let Ryan drive from here.
