For some reason, without that line in HaikuImage (or
OptionalPackages), the dependencies aren't calculated. In turn, Sed
isn't added to the image.
OptionalPackages & OptionalTestPackages are included in
http://dev.haiku-os.org/browser/haiku/trunk/build/jam/HaikuImage#L612
