Hi all,
I just logged onto the chat room, no problems. Here's a step by step
guide.
1. Go to:
http://www.senderogroup.com
2. Choose the chat link.
3. From here choose the enter chat room link.
4. You will be presented with a dialog. In Window-Eyes, and
sometimes in JFW, you land on the login button. You can't login
till you put a name in the edit field that is above. So, you hit
shift-tab and sometimes tab and shift tab a couple of times till
you hear "edit".
5. Press the enter key to turn on forms mode or
turn off MSAA mode. Hint, if you're using FB you don't have to go
through these machanations.
6. Put a name in the edit box.
7. Press the tab key!! Do not press enter. I repeat do not press
enter! You will land on the login button.
8. Press the spacebar, do not press enter, it's a button, press the
spacebar!
9. At this point, one of two things will happen. Either you will be
logged into the room, or if you don't have the software installed,
a dialog will pop up and tell you that Internet Explorer is
worried because you're about to download some software and do you
really trust the site you're logged into and blah, blah, blah!
Reassure MSIE, download the software, install it and you will be
logged into the site.
10. Now occasionally, you'll find somebody whose hardware is out of
the ordinary, or who has an odd firewall. In these cases you need to
go to
http://www.talkingcommunities.com
There you will find a help desk, yep, a live help desk. They can
troubleshoot your difficulties for you.
