Has anyone tried the Beta release of Visual Studio 2005? http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/ I'm assuming it comes with C++ compiler, etc. I was thinking of giving it a go rather than have to shell out for another IDE, even more so now that Microsoft do not support VC++6.0 with the DirectX SDK any more.
