I strongly feel your problem is here.
If process allows you, remove all FBM200s, you;ll notice the PIOBUS errors
dissapear.
Start adding one by one, when the problem reappears replace that FBM with a
brand new one (Hopefully your spares manufacturing date is recent). Repeat.

Any chance
these baseplates are among the rev that needed to be
replaced
for
270 series
service? The DIN IO system book shows which revs are
involved.
They are baseplates that date back
to CP60 installations
