I'm not sure what management structure means but I'd like to be involved in 
talking about some scenarios for reorganizing the way the school is run if 
that's what you mean.  I'd also like to volunteer to help think
through what we need from the Interim and perhaps join that hiring committee.

I'll volunteer to help reach out to donors, assess where we are at etc but not 
sure where that fits.

I too hope the teachers explore unionization.  They have not wanted to separate 
themselves from management or from parents, still reaching for a more 
collective approach but the two probably
don't have to be mutually exclusive if done right.

PS  Do we need to bring snacks or drinks to the Monday meeting?  Who is going 
to chair it and organize the agenda?
