No urea on 2010 Dodge 2500 & 3500s. I think the cab & chassis
4500/5500s have it 2010 and newer.

There is a tuner that will disable EGR and allows a deleted Diesel
Particulate Filter... (came out recently for 2010s, the '10 owners
were anxiously waiting). The service manager told me Cummins is
coming down on any non-stock programming. He said they will know if
changes have been made - dealer scan tools connect to the internet.
With the older trucks guys were running aggressive tunes, blowing the
trucks up (typically lifting the head gasket) - then returning the
tune to stock and getting repairs done under warranty.

The guys who want to maintain their warranty are just unplugging the
EGR. It throws a "soft" code which can be cleared by driving. It is
said to pick up a couple MPG.
