I would add that you need to have the document prepared with all the accented letter symbols properly applied before you open it in Duxbury. For instance, the accented o turns into the ing sign in braille (dots 3,4,6. If the document is not properly formatted before applying the Spanish style in DBT, the symbols won't be there.
