Hello:

     There is also another device called the VideoTim. It is somewhat like 
the optacon except that its array is larger. The array has pins in a 16X16 
matrix. The pins do not vibrate like the Optacon, but rather rise and fall 
like a braille display. The last I knew, the price was about $10,000.
