[duxhelp] Shortcut preferences

Hi Peter and all,
In the Global menu, Item Shortcut preferences, it is possible in the dialog
box, associate label of each 2 fields with coresponding two edit zone. With
Jaws, when move by tab to the next tab, or previous tab, only value in the
fiele is pronounciated. it is more efficiant if the label of the field is
pronounciate also.
In other dialog box, in DBT it is ok generaly.
