I share the line with the internet and personal calls. If I'm expecting a
call, I sometimes answer. It won't be that way much longer. After I add
more
stuff, I want to get business to buy ad time on my system, then I'll get a
2nd
line in my house so my system won't ever be off. On September 6th my number
will be released to help a Mission that I work at. Amd I'm hoping other
Churches will want stuff on my system. Then I can get more of a menu in
place so it
won't be so boring.

I actually should have made the menu so it's ready to grow, but oh well.
I'm
not even sure what all I'm going to add to the menu. I'm up to 6 options in
the main menu. So I think I'm gonna wait until I have 9 options before I
re-do everything.

At this point I'll take suggestions.

Oh, and several long distance companies now offer unlimitted long distance.
I'm on AT&T, and for $2400.00 a month I can call anywhere any time for free.
I use it a lot.

The best plan on earth is Sprint. Yu get both locall and long distance for
$54.00 a month which is a steal! It comes with 3 way calling and the works,
so
doing the math you actually save money. The kicker is, only one State
offers
it as a test.

But each major company now offers an unlimitted plan. AT&T charges the most
but in my area I could only go with AT&T. But for me it's still a deal.

It takes a very very very long time! First you by the software. I have
compro and hate it, so don't buy it. Then you gotta create menus which
takes planning. Then you plan your sub menus. And actually you record the
sub menus first so you know what each option well be. And you clearly lable
each option so you don't get lost.

A single recording of a menu can take hours because the volumes have to be
just right. It's nasty wasty!

The pay off is when people actually call. After 9 months of building it, I
love having people call.
