Well from what I hear Osara is an even better solution when using Reaper. I
know the developer Jamie Teh personally and he is a great guy. More info

Have used a mid 2012 13 inch Mac Book Pro here using Sonar 8.53 and Windows
7 Professional. Any good hi end laptop should work well.
