Reaper is the buzz word at the moment, but we do need other options. It
will be ideal for many users, but I for one cant get on with it, plus the
sound of the engine does nothing for me, no warmth, its very sterile. I
dont know the science behind it, just what my ears tell me.
Im really pleased its an option for people, but given a choice, Im sure
many wouldnt choose it as their DAW of choice. Best Steve.

Have used a mid 2012 13 inch Mac Book Pro here using Sonar 8.53 and Windows
7 Professional. Any good hi end laptop should work well.
