I'm kinda lazy when it comes to doing frame-related research. That's why I'm so appreciative of VF's 'on-the-fly' frame data info in training mode. Makes things so much easier. You spend less time 'playing by the numbers' and more time formulating strategies. That's probably the reason why I suck at Tekken so much.
