Thanks Jack..I think I "can" handle the CPU install..but the motherboard is 
another thing.  I appreciate your info tho!

It really has become much more simpler than a few years ago.  Back a few years 
ago you had to jumper the correct CPU voltage and speed as well as many other 
things.  Now days, most of that is automatically detected and taken care of by 
the motherboard.  About the only jumpering to be done now days is for functions 
like wake on LAN and such.
