    Part of the slowness can be cured with more ram as well. Sounds like the
screensaver needs too much processor time as well.
  I just found several aquarium screensavers that would run fine on her
machine. I'm guessing the one she has is a 3D special and requires more
horesepower.
  Reboring and porting might help but I don't know how to do that ???
