Found it. Still doesn't work. I exited and reloaded Windows after selecting
the option, double-checked my options to make sure it actually took, worked
the process repeatedly to see what it did, to no avail. I stretch the folder
windows out to fill most of the upper half of my screen, close it, and when I
reload it, it still comes back just a small window in the center of the screen
... every time.
