[brailleblaster] two lists?

John,
I am wondering if Brailleblaster needs two email lists. About 99% of this
list pertains to programming. Suince I am not a programmer, I find most of
the content esoteric and incomprehensible. However, I am a transcriber, and
I am very interested in the programing, the interface, and how it will work
for us.
I am wondering if a list for non-programmers would be beneficial.
