Don't count on no publisher submitting a copy just because it was published in the 1990s. There are any number of publisher quality books in the collection that were published in the 1990s or earlier. It is a question of when digital copies were first used and transmitted electronically to the printing presses and exactly when the publisher in question started doing that and retained the electronic copies. I don't know those dates, but if a book went out of print in, say, the 1950s and it was never reprinted since then I think you might be safe.

Now in my case, my file was sent back to me because of missing pagebreaks (my screen reader seems to think they're there).
