I hear a lot of folks don't like romances on this list. I do,
especially after a long hard week at work, a book I can pick up, read
without having to do much but escape to where the author takes me is a
welcome relief on occasion. My love is historical fiction but, I read
lots of other books. My Friday Night escape books, however, have a
place in my heart also, even though I realize they are sappy, don't
always take a lot of talent to write, sometimes I just need that little
escape.

I like Iris too. Sandra Brown isn't too bad.
