I, too have objected. I suggest we all look at the contact us link and do
so in writing. About ten years ago, Schwans told me they'd never do their
catalogues in Braille because they didn't have enough customers. After
doing some research, I published on every blindness list around in 1995, the
e-mail address for their corporate president. I then wrote to that
individual telling him I hoped many blind people would write. Several weeks
later, I got an e-mail back from him, saying the response was amazing and
they were beginning negotiations to provide their stuff in alternate
formats. If we don't speak up on issues that impact us, we'll always be
behind. I suspect such a write-in campaign might help with audible as well.
My husband says the site is none too friendly for sighties as well.

Happy Holidays to all!

Marlaina

great. I urge all Audible users to make their feelings known to Audible as
the company is the only source for changing the site. I know they have
heard from many blind users. I hope they listen.
