units. Don't know if the person was talking out of school or anything
else. All I can say for sure is the DEF command never seemed to work
properly in my unit and one time I did it and changed batteries the unit
did not respond and contacts were not bent either. So since most of us are
not privy to inside bookport innards we may never know the real story even
if there is one. All I know is my unit is working correctly and I avoid
DEF. Maybe sort of like not walking under a ladder and goofy stuff like that.
