The upside to that is the less popular CF cards become, they will become
less expensive. Also, from what I hear on the list, the next generation
book ports are supposed to be smaller than the current ones. I don't see
how this can be achieved with support for both SD and CF cards. The unit
would either have to be bigger, or the cost would increase. At any rate, I
don't think we'll have to worry about obtaining CF cards any time in the
near future.

I would like to suggest that any new BookPort have two memory slots: one cf card slot, and a second port for sd cards. The problem is that there are probably more devices coming out today with SD cards than CF, and I wonder if the CF card may be coming toward the end of its' life cycle.
