My experience has been that the brands don't matter much any more with these
cards because everyone has the technology. However, 8 gigs is allot of
memory for this unit. consider two fours. for some, the eights have been
problematic.

I am looking for suggestions as to the best 8GB memory card to purchase for
my Book Port. I would like to go with one of the less expensive cards, but
I am wondering if anyone has tried any of the cards other than Sandisc or
Kingston, and whether they were successful?
