Well, I was carrying the Braille note, only three weeks old when I tripped over the dog and it flew out of my hands. I assumed it was going to have to go back to the factory but it worked just fine, nothing scratched, nothing broken. Dog was fine too, but me, well I had a lot of bruises and a black eye from the incident. I lost the bookport once, or thought I did, found it in the back part of a recliner chair. It had a neglegeble, but chronic problem ... I can't even remember what it was. One day the unit took a tumble off my desk onto the concrete school floor. The only consequence was a slight scratch on the lid, and the chronic problem disappeared entirely, never to be seen again.
