Oh gosh Mike, I couldn't agree with you more!  Christopher, I'd urge you
strongly to reconsider.  I don't go anywhere for any length of time without
my BookPort.  Now and again, I have to reseat a battery, but it's all good
after that.  APH are really working to listen to what users say, and the
initiative is directed and managed by people who are blind so everybody wins
as improvements and new features are made and added.  I use a lot of
adaptive tech, and this one is more stable than most.
