Hi, Pamela. I reformatted last night. Do I have to reinstall the software then? I still can't connect.

Thanks for the help. A day without a Bookport is nearly as catastrophic as a day without oxygen. Not really, but . . .

If a Reset with 2 plus b doesn't help, then try reformatting the flash
card, with 1 plus 3 plus d plus f. If you don't want to reformat that
card, then use another card for the update. However, you still won't be
able to connect with that card, unless you reformat.

batteries are at 54%, I tried another USB cable, I tried different USB

ports. I disconnected the batteries and reinstalled them.
