[bookcourier] Re: BC and TNAUK

HI Sharon -

No, one cannot transfer selected titles from the compilation disk, the
whole compilation is a single Daisy book. Although I'm not directly
involved in the development of the TNAUK Daisy service, I know this is
something which is being considered - i.e. how to give access to
individual Daisy titles.

You can, of course, copy the mp3 files that go to make up the audio output
of the title of interest as BC mp3 files - this could be advantageous,
because you could then use the usual BC mp3 navigation keys in each
article - the TNAUK Daisy compilation only has 2 levels of navigation,
title to title and article to article- please note that it is hoped to
introduce a third level, based on longer pauses within each article.

Finally, re the current problem of transferring TNAUK compilation disks to
the BC, I believe this should be resolved quite soon - but you should note
that it will take about an hour to transfer each disk to the BC, due to
the slow transfer rate to the BC.

Best,

Neil.
