Miriam, I recommend you, and all others for that matter, spend some time in the

I read your message to Carl. You appear to believe that you are a victim because you
work, and that people who need financial asistance are in competition with you and
getting something that is rightfully your's. And you now, in this message to me, say that
the Green party has a lot of money and is purposefully omitting states because they don't
want to help hard working people, but only poor people who are, you imply, lazy, and, as
you define them, "the welfare class". Your responses are rather confusing.

Miriam, nothing can be further from the truth. I was involved in the Green
party, back when I was a big buck, liberal elite. They have plety of money to
go on the attack in Blue states, they *choose* to handle red states with kid
gloves. Now that I am merely another working class slob living day to day, they
won't have me.

They don't have the money for a 50 state strategy. They're begging for money to get on
another state right now. And it is disingenuous to call everyone who won't vote for the
Democratic machine, a "Republican operative". It's a McCarthyite tactic. If
you don't follow the party line, you're a Communist.
Well, maybe it's a Communist tactic. If you don't follow the party line, yoo're
a capitalist pig.

Kevin, I feel the same way as you do, however I see Stein as the embodiment of
a republican operative, protest vote. I used to be active in the Green party
and left because they outright refuse to approach a 50 state strategy.
Go to any meeting (in person and online) and if you even suggest taking on GOP
either by operating in red states or by being openly critical of the GOP, you
will be shown the door. As wrong the GOP and DNC are, at least they lay it on
the table and are up front. The Green party is run by liberal elites who hate
the working class and believe that making the ruling class even richer through
contracting out a social welfare state paid for by the working class is the
path to fortune and fame. They don't tell you this on their slick internet
presence, you need to talk to them directly. I believe the SWP is far closer to
my views than the Green party and is far more honest about it. However, I have
never seen one of their candidates on any ballot here. So for me it is a binary
operation, GOP or DNC.

Frank, with all due respect, this is not a fair comparison. From what I
understand Brexit was a straight up-and-down vote on leaving the EU. Only two
choices, yay or nay. If I cast my vote for Jill Stein, which at this point I
fully intend to do, that would not by any definition be a protest vote. Of all
the candidates running right now, she lines up the best with what I believe. I
actually want to vote *for* someone, not *against* someone else. Otherwise, my
vote is merely a protest vote, and I'm not doing that anymore.
