Lissi, if you select and cut the selected text to the clipboard, then using the 
arrows can't do any harm because the page you want to move is already out of 
the book.  I think the problem you are having is that after you select the 
page, you have to cut or copy it to the clipboard.  If you don't do one of 
these things, then yes your arrows will unselect text, but if you cut to the 
clipboard, the arrows won't unselect any text and you can find the place where 
your text needs to be and paste it.  You should not have to use find at all.
