I just scanned and submitted the WASSP. It is a technical manual with a lot
of charts. After I scanned it, I checked it thoroughly for errors. Is this
enough, or does someone else have to validate it? It is impossible to validate
this book without having a print copy of it. The validator also needs to have
sight in order to review the charts. In other words, can I validate it even
though I scanned it since I don't think anyone else will want to validate it?
