I do as Cindy does. If the blank pages are counted in the sequence of 
numbering, I number them, but other than that, I leave them alone. Take

Hi Cindy,

That's funny and true, if you write blank page on it then it's no
longer blank.  I guess I'll do just like you do and just make sure
it's numbered and the proper page breaks.
