Personally, I'd leave the headers there giving the validator and/or the
stripper something to play with just in case.
What I do with chapters now is a bit more draconian. I leave a couple of
blank lines on top, place a dash or asterisk, then a blank line, and then
another dash or asterisk.
That gives the stripper plenty of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner
dependent upon the time of day it is let out of the cage <smile>!!
