Hi Tim,

All keyboard commands that you used in previous versions of Word work in
Word 2010 as far as I know.

So, if you know how to fix the problem that you've encountered with your old
version of Word should still work.

Are you talking about wanting to add a paragraph mark around page breaks?
If so:
Go to the top of the document
Open find and replace by pressing control+h
In the find box type ^m
In the replace box type ^p^m^p
Hit enter on "replace all" and you're done.

Hope that is the answer you were looking for.

Mayrie

Hi Everyone,

How does one proofread with Word 2010? There are no instructions for that. I
think I have the page breaks okay, but the page ends right after the text.
How do I fix that?

Tim
