Hi, Tim! If you mean that there is no paragraph mark between the text and alert for page break, just place your cursor where the text ends and hit the enter key twice to place ablank line before the page break. However, if you are concerned about soft page breaks (not sure how they are read with JAWS), just ignore them as they will not be present on the Bookshare copy which is not constrained by size or data. Word 2010 and Word 2010 Starter are great tools, they just take getting used to. I actually prefer Starter with fewer bells and whistles; the only thing I miss is bookmarking. Hope this helps! I have my page format set at 22", but the file shows the page cut off right after the text of the page. I was saying that the volunteer instructions don't have anything about "Proofreading with Word 2010." Do you proofread or scan? If you proofread, how do you set it up? Should I download Word 2003? I hope that's a little clearer. You can write me offlist (goodproofing2010@xxxxxxxxx). Thanks. Could you please restate your question? Thanks! Marty PS All of the shortcuts from Word 2003 still work in word 2010 if you can remember them. There are no instructions for that. I think I have the page breaks okay, but the page ends right after the text. How do I fix that? Tim
